Terms

Last updated October 6, 2026

Auratik is a hobby project run by one person in California. By creating an account or using Auratik, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Questions go to hello@auratik.com.

Who can use Auratik

You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person, and the information you sign up with should be real.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Your content

You own what you add: your reviews, ratings, notes and photos. By adding it, you give Auratik permission to store it and show it to the people it’s meant for (for example, your friends), only as needed to run Auratik.

Shows and setlists you log also go into Auratik’s shared concert catalog. You give Auratik permission to keep those facts in the catalog, edit them for accuracy, and show them to everyone, including after you delete your account.

Photos and videos you share to a show’s gallery are shown to everyone who logged that show, and each of them can choose one of the photos as the art on their own ticket. By sharing one, you give Auratik permission to show it that way, and to stop showing it at any time.

Only upload photos and videos you took yourself or otherwise have the right to share. Shared ones are checked automatically, and people can report them; we may hide or remove any of them.

Please don’t

  • Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
  • Post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that belongs to someone else without permission.
  • Use bots or scripts to copy Auratik’s content in bulk, or try to break or overload the site.
  • Deliberately add false shows or setlists to the catalog.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Information from other sources

Some setlists, show details and artwork come from other services, such as setlist.fm, Ticketmaster, the Internet Archive and Apple’s iTunes. They belong to their owners and may be incomplete or wrong. Artist names, album art and event images are the property of their owners and are shown only to identify the show.

No guarantees

Auratik is an early, free project provided “as is.” Features may change or stop, the site may be down sometimes, and data could be lost, so keep your own copies of anything precious, like original photos. To the extent the law allows, Auratik and the person running it aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Ending things

You can stop using Auratik and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or shut Auratik down, ideally with notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date at the top and, for big changes, let you know in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. See also our Privacy page.
